About the Invitation

As you explore our invitation and website, you may notice a few meaningful symbols. The orange tree represents Syracuse University, where we met and fell in love — our college home and the place where our story began. The edelweiss flower honors our families’ German heritage, while the plantain pays tribute to the Puerto Rican roots we both hold dear. These symbols reflect the beautiful blend of cultures and experiences that shape who we are.
